The Commission for Communications Regulation (ComReg) has today announced that, following a request from Eircom Limited (Eircom), the deadline for Eircom to make representations or remedy the non-compliance with its non-discrimination obligation in relation to “Sync Checker” has been extended to 9 January 2009.

The Information Notice 08/95, published 4 December 2008, which is available below, stated that ComReg had notified Eircom of its findings of non-compliance. Eircom was given one month to make representations or remedy the non-compliance.
