The Commission of the European Communities recently published a decision to provide Harmonised Services of Social Value across EU Member States using the 6 digit number range beginning 116xyz.To facilitate the introduction of these new harmonised services in Ireland, ComReg has reserved the entire number range beginning ‘116’ for such services.
