ComReg today published its Response to Consultation Document No. 11/51 and Decision in relation to the Code of Practice for Premium Rate Services. The publication of this Response to Consultation and Decision concludes an extensive consultation process with interested parties which commenced on 1 December, 2010. ComReg has also today published new Regulations that set out the class, or type, of PRS that are required to be licensed and the conditions that attach to such licenses.The Decision [Decision No. 05/12] includes the publication of a new Code of Practice for Premium Rate Services.
